- Top-notch Customer Service skills.
- An effective communicator, a team player, and able to read, research market opportunities
- English language conversational skills.

- Design/Creative/Art Skills/Background
- Advertising Design/Production experience using InDesign & QuarkXPress.
- Knowledgeable in prepress production & able to work using a Mac or Windows PC.
- Strong conceptualization & design skills preferred.
- Read and understand customer instructions. Strong attention to detail
- Become familiar with standard operating procedures and comply.
- Shift rotation is mandatory [MDS services U.S. customers and works 365 days of the year, 24 hours of the day. All team members are required to work six days per week and rotate shifts.].

Color Operators
- Design/Creative/Art Skills/Background
- Adobe Photoshop Skills
- Knowledge of Color Theory, UCR, GCR, and ICC Profiling
- Adobe InDesign & QuarkXPress Skills, a plus

- In-House training will be provided
- Become familiar with standard operating procedures and comply.

Page Assembly Operators
- Design/Creative/Art Skills/Background
- Use Mac and PC platforms, Adobe InDesign & QuarkXPress [In-House training will be provided]
- Adobe Photoshop Skills, a plus
- Pre-Flighting Software
- Read and understand customer instructions. Strong attention to detail.
- Review input data upon receipt and determine whether submissions are complete, keeping customers informed at all times.
- Transform client scanned "mark up files" into print-ready files [involving recreation from scratch, creative new builds, pick-up of previous files with minor or major changes].
- Proofread own work and ensure correctness, accuracy and consistency in use of customer design guidelines.
- Deliver completed files within contracted timeframes.
- Alert team leader of any problems in the work area, related to jobs, equipment, etc.
- Assist with workloads of absent team members and complete basic edits, customer requested changes, etc.
- Become familiar with standard operating procedures and comply.
